Ontdek wat de kosten zijn voor het isoleren van je vloer, muur, dak of glas, en welke subsidies je kunt ontvangen. Of je nu de klus zelf doet of uitbesteedt, hieronder vind je de kosten en subsidiebedragen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n                                            <\/div>\n                                    <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\n        \n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n  \n\n\n<section class=\"sectie-tekst-kolommen sectie py-5\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        <div class=\"sectie-body bg-white \">\n            <h3>Wat kost het om je huis te isoleren?<\/h3>\n<p>Wil je jouw vloer, muur, dak of glas isoleren? Kijk dan hieronder wat het je kost als je dit laat doen door een bedrijf. Ga je zelf je vloer of dak isoleren? Dan betaal je meestal alleen het isolatiemateriaal en bespaar je op de kosten die een bedrijf rekent voor bijvoorbeeld arbeidsloon.<\/p>\n<p>Voor beide situaties hebben we een berekening van de kosten* gemaakt. Daarnaast hebben we een berekening gemaakt voor situaties waarin je 2 isolatiemaatregelen combineert, dus bijvoorbeeld glasisolatie en vloerisolatie. Dit omdat je dan meer subsidie krijgt (niet bij doe-het-zelf).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Wat betaal je na aftrek van subsidie(s)?<\/h3>\n<p>Je ziet in het rekenvoorbeeld hoeveel vergoeding je kunt krijgen uit de volgende subsidiepotjes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De landelijke ISDE-subsidie geldt voor iedereen die voldoet aan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rvo.nl\/subsidies-financiering\/isde\/woningeigenaren\/isolatiemaatregelen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">de voorwaarden van de isolatiemaatregel<\/a> \u00e9n de klus door een bedrijf laat uitvoeren. Let op: Het subsidiebedrag is afhankelijk van het type maatregel en het aantal vierkante meter dat je isoleert.<\/li>\n<li>De gemeentelijke NIP-subsidie van maximaal \u20ac 1330 geldt voor iedereen die voldoet aan zowel de ISDE voorwaarden voor de isolatiemaatregel als de extra voorwaarden (laag energielabel en lage WOZ-waarde). Je mag de klus zelf uitvoeren of door een bedrijf laten doen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Laat je de klus door een bedrijf uitvoeren dan mag je deze subsidies combineren. Voer je 2 of meer isolatiemaatregelen uit dan verdubbelt het bedrag van de ISDE-subsidie.<\/p>\n<p>De verschillende mogelijkheden zie je in onderstaande voorbeelden. Alle genoemde bedragen zijn inclusief BTW.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>*De kosten zijn een schatting en zijn afhankelijk van het aantal vierkante meter.
